Master jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels has chosen Paris, its home and the city of lights and romance, as the theme for their new Journee a Paris collection. Playful and poetic, it builds on Van Cleef’s heritage of figural jewels, to tell the story of a day in Paris, from different points of view: A romantic rendez-vous between a man and a woman, their flirtation acted out around a white gold sautoir; the carefree joy and laughter, the playground fun and games of the children’s weekly half-day holiday, Mercredi a Paris, or the enchantment of a woman’s precious Parisian moments.
